June 18, 2014      As Regent and following the Martial Arts traditions, a handful of Masters are now starting to learn the advanced aspects and secrets of the martial arts. Those Masters are not communicating their training verbally, but by their actions.      Whoever claims that they have been trained by Regent and Grand Master Instructor Ron Bastien, past or present, must have the new Regent's seal and updated credentials on their certificates. In order to warrant this special seal, one must hold the minimum Rank of 5th.
